You Can Cancel Online Up to 72 hours before NYC Appointments and 1 week before appointments outside of NYC

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 72 hours before your NYC appointment or if you need to cancel your appointment outside of NYC at least one week prior, just go to your appointment online to reschedule. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel outside of this timeframe, we take 100% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
